All platform logic, prompts, frameworks and outputs generated by WINNER AI® remain the intellectual property of Purpol Marketing Ltd. Users retain ownership of their original input content.

WINNER AI® provides AI-assisted guidance only. Final responsibility for accuracy, compliance and submission rests with the user.

1.6 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
